By accessing or using YT Manager v2 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

YT Manager v2 is a web-based application that allows users to connect their YouTube accounts, manage multiple channels, view and edit video metadata, schedule video uploads, and access various YouTube automation features. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts and OAuth Authentication

To use the Service, you must authenticate using Google OAuth 2.0. By connecting your YouTube account, you grant YT Manager v2 permission to:

• Access your YouTube channel information
• Read your video data (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, statistics)
• Update video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, privacy settings)
• Schedule video uploads
• Access your Google profile information (name, email, profile picture)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using the Service
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not upload, post, or transmit any content that violates third-party rights
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Not use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
• Respect YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

5. Data Usage and Third-Party Services

YT Manager v2 uses the YouTube Data API v3 to provide its features. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of Google or any other third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RangerPink and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RangerPink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. RangerPink makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indonesia.
